Method

Most frauds look great on paper. We screen for the tells: revenue that outruns cash collection, serial acquisitions that bury organic decline, related parties nobody mentions twice, auditors and CFOs quietly heading for the exit.

The filings are where we start, not where we stop. We talk to former employees, customers and suppliers. We pull court records, property registries and customs data. Most theses die at this stage. Good.

When the evidence survives, we publish all of it: the documents, the numbers, the names. Our position is disclosed on page one. Anyone can check our work, and we invite everyone to try.
